...when we were younger, my older brother used to be very kind like Sho. He would always hold my hand and try to protect me.

Somewhere along the way, he changed. He became quite cruel and wanted to see me suffer. I always wondered what it was that made him be like this.

... Some people change. Usually it's because of something that happened to them, that might not have had anything to do with you.

I agree, I think every soul has the ability to change. Sometimes they can do evil things, but they can change to become good people again.

But I do think there is a point when someone becomes so evil, that soul disappears.

I think that does become true, yes. I do not think my father had a soul anymore so of course, he had no desire to change.

Yes...but somehow, it is still a fear of mine, no matter whether I fear myself or maybe more so with my brother.

I am lucky that I have kind friends like all of you to reassure me.

Sometimes you just need someone to remind you of all the good and progress you've made, to keep yourself from sinking into just the bad thoughts.
