[The lobby of the game tower is filled several oversized picture books today, each marked by strange and distinct black and white ink illustrations. They stand the height of a person, and are supported by wooden easels so that the pages can be easily turned.]

[Near the far wall, there is an open book on a pedestal. The pages are blank. It is titled GUEST BOOK, and a pen waits nearby.]

[The room is otherwise undecorated; there does not seem to be an indication as to who the host might be.]

[The empty book that sits open in the lobby begins to fill with by-now familiar handwriting. It reads:]

Congratulations to the budding authors on sensitIV, Bad End = Dead End, Wild City, and Baritones. You crafted the most tragic tragedies of all. And congratulations, also, to Taisho Roman Revolution, for a truly revolutionary long-form romance, and to pep!pep!, for an amusingly murderous romp. Cheers to all of you for creating tales of true quality.

You are our winners for today, and as a gift to you, your wounds will be healed.

To the rest of you: you have time yet to nurture your creative spark before we meet again. Use it well!

[An illegible scrawl ends the missive - a name, perhaps, though it's impossible to read what it says.]

[The doors to the Game Tower are now open, and winners have been revived and fully healed. They also find themselves the new possessors of bound copies of their family's stories.]

[Everyone else has been revived and restored enough that they should at least be able to return to the hotel under their own power, and while their experiences will surely live on as legends in their minds, any lingering effects should fade away within a few IC days. Upon checking their email, they'll find a coupon for a print-on-demand version of their family's story.]

[ as soon as she's able she's going to henshin. she's still mcfucked up, but now no one has to know, because everybody had been a corpse before. ]

[ she's still super pissed though, so since revivals are happening she'll start looking around, again, for her important people. ]

[As he heals, his twisted and mangled body straightens back out, bones crackle as they fuse back together, the missing chunks of flesh fill back in, and his skull reforms into its correct shape.

His antler is still broken, though. And he's still completely covered in blood.

He wakes up again at some point, but... what if he just keeps laying here for a minute? He needs to stare at the ceiling and breathe.
