Are people exiled when they do not pay their taxes? Silence was under the impression that people could get away with it.

Debtors prison isn't a thing anymore but usually taxes affect the poor worse than the rich cuz they have less to work from and end up living under worse standards which makes them have poorer health and take risks they shouldn't like I dunno living in a shady apartment building that is real likely to be exploded not that I'd know.
