We caught a camera. [ he steps into the dorm. ] We managed to grab a camera, but then it sprouted legs and tried to run away, but obviously... [ he looks down at the bag. ]

[His whistles and Blue Eyes comes in from the balcony.

She opens her jaws to accept the bag.]

[ passes it along, happy to be rid of it. ]

[ gets a parting shock, which prompts a curse, but otherwise he doesn’t say anything. ]

What were you looking for in particular? Any reason for nabbing the camera now?

...not that we had expected it to be, ah, alive??? [ eyes the bag. ] but now I'm even more interested in knowing just what that thing is, because it's clearly more than a camera. [ ok, maybe not THAT much more than a camera, but still. how many cameras grow spider legs and try scuttling away like face huggers. ] If it's trying to run and shock us, then it's trying to hide something. We want you to find out what. There's got to be more than recordings of us on there...

And we'd been working on this since Jay and Malik did that Live where they destroyed a camera, because despite the fact that they blew it to smithereens another appeared in its place like nothing had happened. Kind of weird, right, so we wanted to see if we could grab one before that happened. It took some time to put this all together, in between all of the games and stuff.

Unlike you, some of us have to learn how to build things from scratch. Takes time and research, and not bullshit unit powers.

Well, lucky for your sense of fair play, future is now powers don't work on any of the production equipment. Not in the Game Tower or not on the cameras.

Blue Eyes pins the squirming bag to the lab table while Intensity pulls out all of his various tools. They're fairly basic - mostly for electronic work obviously.

And lays them out on the table if anyone else wants to take a stab at it (so to speak).

Otherwise, he's trying to cut away the bag while not freeing the camera to go running off again.]

[ he'll stand nearby to help grab the camera if it tries to run off, but otherwise he'll assist blue-eyes in keeping it pinned. intensity and jay are the more techy of the three, so he'll leave the poking and prodding to them. ]

[yeah, there’s definitely some interest in these proceedings.]

Got any rubber gloves? That’ll handle the worst of it.
