Sorry to ask, but are these notes okay to copy for reference? I can take safety measures to secure them afterward, reviewing them with you of course, but I would like to have a copy to review.

Yeah, I've been planning to write out my own notes on the matter using that as a base, but I don't have a way to secure them properly yet.
