When: Day 146 afternoon/evening

[One nerdlord is out and about the hotel and surrounding area, lugging around a metal briefcase as he is on the lookout for various people he needs to catch up with.

If you do manage to catch him while he is in transit, it is very obvious that he is missing his robot arm, has bandages covering one eye, and doesn't seem to be in too big of a hurry to deal with either right now.

He also seems grumpy, but hey - what else is new?

'Sup, Imeeji. How is your Day 146 going? Hopefully better than his.]

[Probably not someone he was looking for given how she doesn’t bother with plot at all, but she’ll call out to him from probably the tallest climbable thing in the area when she sees him going by. ]

My second travelling party wasn't nearly as competent as the first. Lessons learned.

[She hops down easily, though, pausing to stretch and yawn before making her way over — as if she’d been napping on her precarious perch before he came along.

[Hops up on it perched on all fours and kneads at it briefly until she’s satisfied (??? Because that changes the consistency? Or something? Don’t question the wisdom of cats. ) and then loops her tail loosely around her legs to wait for him to bring the waters. ]

So what kind of drink am I “buying” you?

Eh, kinda? I know they ran across one there, and it had something to do with that weird crater that we’ve got now, right?

[Downs a third of hers. Apparently for her it’s also been a day. ]

Angel fell from Heaven. Crash landed into Tokyo-F - that's what our new fancy crater is from. Got captured by demons. Friends of the angel went on a rescue mission. 60% got memory wiped. Still kept trying.

I got pulled in at the 11th hour.

And then we got slaughtered.

Had to pay a fee to Lady Death, the Mother of Monsters to come home.

Shit last day of "vacation".

[She doesn’t say that there’s no fucking way she’d ever pay to patch up a bunch of people that terminally stupid, but then again, he probably already knows that anyway. ]

Some useless angel that’s never done a thing for us, and they figured they could win when we’re dealing with jerks who can pull us between worlds, rewrite reality, and steal our memories? I mean, these “angels” lost when there was a whole army of them.

He's done one thing for us. He has a spaceship that can purify the Hell corruption. Like the cracks you had on your skin.

Apparently his attempt to rescue all of us resulted in the crater out in the middle of Tokyo.

So he's just terminally stupid.

Like the people that wanted to rescue him.

Then his spaceship did something for almost no one, since everyone's "corruptions" either went away on their own or apparently followed them here.

At least he's not boring. I guess.

[Finishing her drink in one long draw and making a face cuz alcohol is gross, really.]
