It is my understanding that there are a few who are new to this place, like myself. With that in mind, I hope that we may introduce ourselves to each other with a poll of sorts— What is your name? And to aid further discussion . . .

To those who are new here, what is something you would like to learn? Ask whatever question comes to mind. None are too trivial.

To those who are well-established, what is something you have learned here? A skill, a discovery about yourself. Any wisdom that you deem worthy.

This affliction, I do not care what it is. What I wish to know is if it poses a threat to anyone but myself.

I truly don't wish to alarm you with any assumptions.

That time has passed. I would rather substance to my fears now. If you truly suffer the same blight as me, then your humanity must push you to action, however small.

Not in and of itself, no. And you won't see any of it on me at the moment. Mine will disappear if I'm well fed.

Something like that, yes. My own... situation involves very specific dietary restrictions.

-- Ah, yes. It's not completely hopeless in that regard. I have the bare minimum to not fall apart provided to me, and limbs can be purchased through the point shop.

What an awful curse . . . Does it pain you greatly?

It's gruesome, but it's not precisely painful -- bar the rotting.
