[Hello, friends, let's have another live!!]

It is my understanding that there are a few who are new to this place, like myself. With that in mind, I hope that we may introduce ourselves to each other with a poll of sorts— What is your name? And to aid further discussion . . .

To those who are new here, what is something you would like to learn? Ask whatever question comes to mind. None are too trivial.

To those who are well-established, what is something you have learned here? A skill, a discovery about yourself. Any wisdom that you deem worthy.

[Yes, use this as a means to mingle and touch each other. I will be getting to all comers, too. Oh, and some minor appearance notes for Glacies.]

Lovely to meet you.

I'm a wizard, you know. So if you ever have problems sleeping I have a magic potion that will help you sleep.

I also have a potion that makes you sound like a squeaky mouse but no one ever wants that one.

And you as well, dear mage. I trust that I will call upon your skills in due time. However, I must confess to having an interest in your mouse potion . . . Not to use now, but it does seem that it will be vital at some point.

[hands over the helium voice potion]

A gift for the new girl then. So you hear the silliest voice one day.

Has your unit received someone recently?

Two cute girls. They're very sweet, I like them quite a lot.

You have taken to them so quickly. I will look forward to getting to meet them when the chance arises.

So far, we await another two for pep!pep.

Is that so? Goodness, what a crowd. Sounds like it could be a little overwhelming.

But I know Pep will take good care of the new ones.

It could, but I have not found it so. They have been very gracious, and I will also be ready to help when they arrive.

And gathering extra information for them. What a good big sisterly type you are.

[slightly ducking her head]

Ah, the more prepared I am, the more they need not call too heavily upon the rest. At least, that was the thought . . .

Anything I can help further with then?

[tapping one thumb against her other hand, thinking]

What if . . . They are fearful? What would you do?

That's hard...

You want to soothe them but honestly being fearful is a normal reaction so you don't want to make it feel forbidden to be afraid or upset.

I'm not very good at soothing people. But I try to stress that one day they can get home and put this behind them. And in the meantime I'll do my best to help when things are scary.

[taking a long pause to take that in, memorizing his words, then giving a slow nod]

They are sensitive to reproach . . . And also lonely . . . Yes, I will remember your words, B.

Mmm.

I think what's most important is to create happy moments we can hold onto when things are scary or awful as well.

Without them there's not much point in anything after all.

Even a recollection of a breakfast can be a source of comfort . . .

This is forward, but . . . B, how long have you been here?

The beginning. I think it's been nearly five months now?

[can't help being taken aback but trying to school her expression]

I see . . . You were among the first. Yet it has not been so long.

It feels like a long time.

So, I have heard from others. The days are filled with activity without much pause.

There's games and when there aren't it's good to keep busy doing lives. Having points helps. You can buy abilities. Premade food. Clothes.

Remove scars and replace limbs.

Those do not all carry the same weight. Removing scars, an aesthetic choice . . . ?

SensitIV has an ability to reopen scars. SensitIV aren't bad or anything but there have been games where you kind of lose your mind and do things you wouldn't ordinarily do.

Its a precaution many take.

[taking a breath in and nodding]

And they acquire such a skill . . . To defend themselves, surely?

Yeah. I think it may be their only offensive ability. They're healers.
