A Surprise ApPep!reciation Party
WHO: HSS & Pep!Pep! (and maybe a few more by invite-only)
WHERE: In an abandoned building!
WHEN: Day 132, late!!?
Hiryuu: Good evening Pep!Pep!
Hiryuu: I know it's rather late, but I'd like to ask if you all could come out to meet me?

Hiryuu: It's nothing bad but it IS very important, top-secret, for-your-eyes-only business!
Hiryuu: So please bring along only your most trusted friends.

[ With only that cryptic series of group-messages, you've apparently been invited out to…. What would seem to be a vacant building on the outside? Specifically, a building that was probably a large department store in the real Tokyo.
On the inside, however--the darkened infrastructure has been lit up by battery-operated blacklights and twinkling fairy lights, and the various spaces have been converted into a cosmic a roller rink (with no less than ten sets of rollerblades), a space for water-balloon and silly-string fights, a hospital-mattress-padded floor and four human-sized balloon suits for all your wrestling needs, and a giant, adult-sized bounce-house. It wouldn't be a party without music, food, and drinks--all of which have been supplied. It looks like the kids raided both the cafe and the grocery store for sweets, chips, soda and water, and there's a soundbar playing… well, it's idol music off someone's phone app. But they've done their best!
All of HSS has assembled and is waiting for them at the entrance and as soon as Pep! Comes in the door, they'll be blowing off a bunch of confetti poppers in their general direction-- ]
