Yes. You can find them running around correcting forms, sparring with their teammates, or watching their teammates go at each other.]

not because he can't do them -- he is actually in pretty good shape, not like Captain America good, but probably at least Hawkeye -- but because they are boring. he can't believe people actually do the exact same thing fifty times in a row on purpose. is this some kind of torture from Cardigan's world. why.]

[at some point -- after a practice duel, or between rounds of the hated pushups -- Ace is going to pause, chug some water, fill up his water bottle at a water fountain, and dump the contents over his head.

at this point he's already stripped off his jacket and extraneous belts, so the end result is him, damp-haired, in a gratuitously clingy t-shirt. he's in quite good shape -- this is what happens when your life is hiking, fighting, and being a dating game love interest -- so enjoy your daily dose of beefcake, idols.]

[someone used this as an excuse to at least take the top layer of his uniform off, so it's just the tank top underneath it. tank seems to be hiding a big scar running across his chest and torso, the top of which pokes out but whatever.

he doesn't even really have a set routine, but he seems to have found a mop somewhere and is currently using it to practice his spear/glaive fighting positions. careful not to get too close or you might get a mop to the face.]
