Not... that I'm aware of, anyway. We have... oh, probably too many gods to count, where I come from, although most people are only devoted to their local patrons.

I think there are some others here for whom that's the case? Sekhmet said something that sounded similar.

Dunno. If some "higher power" did that, they didn't bother to stick around and tell us about it, as far as I remember.
