There are plenty of them at the library. But if you're going to read it, you have to do it properly. A real mystery is a challenge from the author to the reader. The author attempts to make a puzzle that the reader can't solve, without using any cheap tricks or breaking the rules. And then the reader does their best to solve it, thinking through everything as hard as they can and not just reading passively to the end.
