Certainly. Though I am curious, a theater aside what would you wish for in this Tokyo? Be it some new construct built of your dreams and desires, or simply something you miss from home, either is an acceptable answer.

I want a something with real and beautiful scenery, live plants, all of that. Trees!

I'd really love that. It would be so good for growing plants...having gardens that will succeed.
