Some of you may have played this before! The area is familiar for sure: today's playing field is an expansive balcony with several mini-tables paired with two patio chairs each, garden umbrellas planted to keep the heat away. You can see the rest of the city from up here, too - it turns out you're pretty high up as you can even see the start of the Rainbow Bridge from here, though the railings are high so there's not a high likelihood of accidentally falling down.

There are a few pink lemonade pitchers scattered around with paper cups if you're thirsty, and some bite-sized chocolates if you're hungry. Cute snack food!

The instructions look familiar, too: it's a light game, with no enforced truth-telling even. No status effects! Just dates!

He's... sort-of seeing a friend of mine? Rise-chan. So I - know there's got to be a lot more to him than what I've seen so far. This is really all on me for being such a - such a baby around him.

Um - I think his situation is really complicated for a human to understand, and I know it can make him unpopular, so it isn't really your fault... I can try and explain things if you want, or if you're worried about talking to him, then I don't mind going with you!

I think I just wake up...? If I'm still tired, then I'll go back to sleep. It's important to make sure you rest properly!

I suppose that's true... and I suppose we don't have to worry about things like missing classes. That's probably the best way.

You know, I've probably gotten into bad habits, then. We've got a power that lets us wake ourselves up... and when I don't feel like I'm together enough, I just use that. But I suppose it's sort of like relying on coffee.

You should try sleeping in sometime! I think it's really satisfying.

[ a pause, thoughtful, ]

What is going to school like?

Hmm... well, I don't remember anything precisely. Most of my memories have been about my time as an idol...

[And she really should have maybe one memory of that then a lot of sad school ones, by rights--]

I know I must have been, though. I know how they work, what the days are like, entrance exams... I'm pretty sure I even dressed sort-of like this some of the time. Anyway, it's very demanding sometimes and you have to work very hard, but there's a lot of time to just have fun, too! Did you really never go?

Well, a while ago I remembered being on break from university - um, I think it was because my courses didn't meet... but I don't know anything about what going there is like.

You were an idol before you came here?

Oh, yes...! I'm in a band called Pastel✽Palettes! I mean, I'm the singer, I can't do anything as clever as play an instrument. They're pretty much the only thing. I've remembered so far. But it's a shame you can't remember college. I have no idea what that must be like! I'm definitely still at school!

Hehe, but I should really be calling you Dia-senpai, then.

I think Kuzuebiko - um, Shu, I think... he was one too, but I don't know the details...

What is "senpai," exactly?

Oh, nothing bad...! It means you're my senior. I guess you'd be someone I looked up to and respected, if we were both in my own world...
