Some of you may have played this before! The area is familiar for sure: today's playing field is an expansive balcony with several mini-tables paired with two patio chairs each, garden umbrellas planted to keep the heat away. You can see the rest of the city from up here, too - it turns out you're pretty high up as you can even see the start of the Rainbow Bridge from here, though the railings are high so there's not a high likelihood of accidentally falling down.

There are a few pink lemonade pitchers scattered around with paper cups if you're thirsty, and some bite-sized chocolates if you're hungry. Cute snack food!

The instructions look familiar, too: it's a light game, with no enforced truth-telling even. No status effects! Just dates!

Would you go streaking in front of thousands of people for a million dollars... or points in our case? I don't know the point to dollar conversation.

Er... I think I'm missing a colloquialism, though. What is streaking? I'm assuming it's something embarrassing.

It's running around with no clothes on, so this card [ waves it around. ] wants to know if you'd run around naked in front of a bunch of people for a million dol- points.

A million points could probably buy me the shame I don't currently have, so, yeah, I'd do it.

Oh, that's all it is? I assumed it'd be something much worse.

Ah, perhaps, then, although I don't even know what I'd buy with that many points... I suppose we could add a lot of things to the dorm with that.

Yes! I need to save points, so I can get some sort of dorm upgrade.

[ snaps her fingers. ] What's your dream dorm upgrade?

Oh—hm. Our own kettle and stove for tea is maybe thinking a little small...

Maybe our own small library, so I wouldn't always have to take the train all the way over there? Ah, what about you then?

I think a kitchen isn't a half bad idea. Maybe a fridge bought with points would stock food that doesn't absolutely suck.

I'm not sure. We already have an arcade, so... [ she trails off, trying to think of something. ] I really don't know. This shouldn't be that hard!

Sometimes I think it's harder to think of things when there's no real constraints on it? Like, ah, how I suppose most of the time there's nothing saying what we should be doing, but a lot of people have a routine, anyway...

I think so too. I'm drawing a blank. It's like I know there are a ton of things I want, but... [ she trails off and shakes her head. ] I'll think of something eventually. It's not like I have the points for an upgrade. Been spending them on other stuff.

Do you have a routine?

Mm... at dawn, I wake, go for a run, stretch, and bathe. Most days I spend reading before noon—either that or traveling to and from the library?

Ah, and I'm also taking over the farm in the park from... [ brief calculation of "is john to personal? is mr. doe too formal?" ] John Doe, which will need regular tending.

I'm going to start training in the morning too. Maybe I can catch you for a run one of these days.

Wait, what, there's a farm in the park?

Ah—yes, I'd like that. It seems there's a lot of us who train in the morning, in fact.

And... yes, a small one—John Doe started it, I think. I'd asked about tips for learning how to garden, since it seemed like a nice thing to take up? And it turned out that, er, he's decided not to keep up farming after all, so it's mine now, I suppose.

...Shade was going to help, but, ah. He was transferred.

Oh, I'm sorry. I wouldn't mind lending a hand. It seems like it could be fun. I can't say I'd be the best farm... uh, person, but it seems like a lot for one person.

Ahaha—well, I'm not really much of a farm person, either, but it seemed soothing... and, if you wouldn't mind, I'd, ah... I would really appreciate the help.

And, ah, that's sort of like getting an upgrade of better food, isn't it?

I guess we'll be figuring this out together then. And, yeah, I can see that... once you get past all the hard work and sweating. [ laughs. ] But let's do it. Would you mind if I planted some flowers nearby?

Exactly. If we can grow our own food, then we won't always have to eat those horrible rations.

Oh—of course not, flowers would be wonderful.

The rations at least are filling, it's just—they really need more spices to be tolerable.

And great. We should browse the store and grow an assortment~!

Ah, it's a plan. We can each make a list and pick some things? Maybe I'll ask the others on my unit what they'd like... I know Cardigan likes to cook, so they might have some things they want.

Maybe post farming we can hit the pool in the gym. Or go down to the beach. All work and no play~ [ winks. ]
