As usual, the lobby is flooded, preventing you from leaving or entering the hotel without wading through a bunch of boxes and mountains of cards. But - OWO? WHAT'S THIS?

Your phone buzzes, too! ]

Producers: LOL you guys that was SOOOOOOO BAD

[ Wait. That message is gone. What? ]

Producers: Congratulations, idols! You got to the next goal with your stunning performance! Wow, you're doing so great!
Producers: For 500,000 points, you can get something - or someplace! - nice. Maybe you want a spa? A cute cafe? Whatever it is, it'll be shared by your community, isn't that nice? And you get to choose what it is, too!
Producers: Suggest a location here, and we'll send an official poll sometime soon. You know how it goes!

[Considers this for a moment before she sits up again, shifting so she's wrapping her arms around her knees instead of perching.]

Well it's definitely not based on my world. Guess it's just easier to steal an idea than come up with something from scratch.

Hmm, and they didn't bother to recreate all of it, after all. But even so, it's strange to go to that much effort.

Yeah. . . or 'reward' us by building on it. There's probably a lot more to all this than some stupid entertainment show for whatever creeps are watching, but is there a point to trying to figure it out? I mean, it's not like it'd change anything for us.

No, I don't suppose there is. My mind just can't help but wonder and speculate, though.

Hmm, maybe I could buy the music app to pass the time?

Yes, for an expenditure of points, you can get the phone to play music.

[Flicks her tail...]

You really think they'd give us anything good to listen to?

[She shrugs and buys the app.]

It's worth a try.

[After a moment of figuring out how to use it, Idol music starts playing.]

Hmm.

[Starts laughing]

Oh man, somehow I feel like I should have expected that!

It's... spirited, in any case.

It's pretty stupid.

[After a moment, she hops down from her seat -- hands-first, landing on all fours before standing again, so there's another strange mannerism for the list -- and then holds out a hand for Sekhmet.]

C'mon, get up. Want that second dance?

[She stands up, and there's that blushy easy to tease Sekhmet again, though she seems more comfortable now.]

Oh, um, c-certainly!

Pff, what're you getting all red for? It was your idea in the first place. So was the music and the trip.

[Takes her hand and pulls her in, though she immediately has to grab one of the hand rails with her other hand to steady them both. They're on a moving train, after all.]

[She's able to laugh this time, and just sways to the music because it's not really easy to to dance to anyway. She doesn't get any less flustered because dancing to this on a moving vehicle is really ridiculous, and she's conscious of that, but she seems to be having fun.]

That was why you started, um, messing with me in the first place, right? It's fine, er, I don't really mind.

And it was my idea. Many of my ideas are for awkward and silly things, you know?

[Her experience is ballroom-style dancing which doesn’t really fit the music style, so she’s content to follow along, doing a decent job of keeping her balance but it’s still a moving train and all. But with that comment, she leans in briefly to murmur in Sekhmet’s ear, playful:]

As long as it’s fun, right?

[As flustered as she gets, Sekhmet loves receiving this kind of attention- in a complicated way that bumps up against issues that she barely remembers the nature of- but she loves it nonetheless, that somebody is taking the effort to charm her and make her react. So she laughs a little nervously at the whisper, but smiles. Somehow Kohime's sweetness is all the sweeter for her prickly quirks.]

Yes, it really is fun. All of this without spiked punch, too.

[The ride actually does not take very long, because a certain player read something wrong on the setting page!]

[Hopefully Sekhmet's watching for their stop because Kohime sure ain't. She pulls back with a light laugh -- Sekhmet was right, before, saying it was all a matter of control, but that was before. This time around, for whatever reason, she's just doing it because she enjoys it and it's fun to get cute flustered reactions out of the other girl.]

I don't know what you're talking about.

[She knows exactly what she's talking about, obviously.]

[Sure enough, Sekhmet looks as flustered as ever, but not particular anxious about it.]

Of course not, I just mis-spoke, you wouldn't do anything like-

[The train suddenly stops! She pulls away to get her phone.]

This is our stop!

––What? Already?!

[Scrambling for her phone, too, then the door!]

[Scurrying out with Kohime, the doors closing shorly after they leave!]

Whew, we made it. Shouldn't be far now.

Thaaaat would've been really stupid.

[She pauses, waiting on Sekhmet to take the lead!]

[Leaving the platform!]

You're just such a good dancer, I got too distracted.

[Laughs, delighted! Yes, good, praise her, that's the best.]

Is that all it takes?

[Cats know what's important.]

You are really agile, though, you know? I was tripping all over my feet the other night.

[Picking up her pace a bit to fall into step with Sekhmet, leaning in.]

Oh come on, you weren't that bad. But if you want, you can practice and impress me later.
