[WELCOME TO ANGEL'S SLEEPOVER!!!!

Those who got an invite are all invited and once you arrive, you'll find that the main living space is covered with lots of blankets and pillows and an occasional sheep plush here and there. It's a bit messy with decor, but it seems someone tried really hard to make things look cozy. Against a wall, you can also find a large dry erase board in case anyone feels like drawing or using it for whatever else. There is also a live chicken chilling around, possibly a cat (ask Duality about that one). A large flag and a round dumpling assistant (with the face of Intensity) is resting in one of the corners.

There's also Angel's blank room which has a bunch of rainbow origami strands hanging from the ceiling, and every single piece of fanmail that she has received placed on a wall. You might see some of her crafts and such lying around in a corner, and also an Intensity doll for some reason. There are also some jars but whatever was in there seemed to have deteriorated by now . . .

There's also her actual bedroom if you wanna avoid people, these areas are all open to sleep in if you choose to stay, hooray!

Snacks and candy exists! Soda exists!

You can find deck of cards, the cards from speed dating, and also candyland for those who dare battle.

Yes actually. So what are your issues with Hurricane and Cobalt?

...Mostly, Hurricane is just too weirdly earnest. He doesn't pick up on any nuance to things I say at all. But we also had a bit of an argument when he and Hiryuu were trying to collect "community guideline" and "penalties" suggestions, or whatever, when he absolutely refused to admit that they were trying to define crimes and punishments. Something about how he wanted things everyone would agree on, and it wasn't them making the rules, they were just taking suggestions... but obviously if everyone agrees on it, there's no point in making it a rule in the first place. It was stupid and totally disingenuous.

Cobalt's a little bit the same. It took a very intense discussion before I managed to communicate to him why I thought pep!pep!'s plan of extorting units for points if their unitmate murders someone wasn't a good way to deter anyone from murder. Apparently the idea that someone might do something even if their unitmates disapprove of it is just totally foreign to him.

I don't get along with naive people.

I have a problem when they start trying to impose their naive views on me, while pretending that's not what they're doing, even when I tell them they are.

Anyway. We're not going to get in any fights that would ruin Angel's sleepover, but I'd still prefer not to have to interact with them. And they'd probably try to be polite or something.

Something like that. I've been visiting now and then to see how it goes before I make the decision for real. This time I brought Mars.

Because he's a friend of mine, and I'd like my friends to get along with my future unit.

Also, he killed Requiem in the game and got killed by Man Eater, and I wanted them to talk like normal people before he got weird about it.

I think the chance for the paladins and the goths to talk like normal people ended after the trial.

You can't just write them off as entire units like that. Obviously a lot of Zrael are unhappy, but it's not as if Mars had any real agency in that.

It went alright, anyway. It seems like he gets along pretty well with Man Eater. Doodleman warmed up a lot, too. I mean, they were still threatening each other and stuff, but in a friendlier way. Aradia likes everyone... Pharoah seemed fine other than being annoyed that Mars apparently introduced himself to him as "No" before. Requiem and Red were the most dubious, but they still said they'd give him a chance for me.

He didn't not have agency either. The demon-influenced were just that -- influenced. Not rewritten.

I know that. He also hurt them plenty with real agency, too. And Charmed them to do it. But it's Zrael. Someone who's capable of that kind of thing is more likely to get along with them than someone who's not, right?

As long as you don't mind Nightmare Vision among friends, I suppose.

...That sort of thing is less likely once they're actually friends.

Yes.

I'd say Man Eater and I became more violent after we became friends. Because then we started to actually understand each other's limits.

Do you think Mars might be the same?
