Boss seems to be dressed in a suit that's not quite the right fit and his Take No Prisoners t-shirt. maybe some of you even remember a certain portrait that he seems to eerily resemble?

he just smiles up at a camera and waves before going to lounge on a lobby couch near the flames. he hasn't slept much recently, so a nap is fine, right? it's fine.]

That's only one part of the issue.

We're kind of in literal Hell? And Hell's really tough on humans or human-like people. This place is kind of built and maintained to keep us safe, but... if we lose attention of the audience or of the demons running the place, they've got no reason to maintain it, basically.
