It is not a matter of what my abilities are capable of doing so much as trying to see . . . where the source of power would be for my abilities, as well as how precisely they operate. The functionality and effectiveness however is not in question yet.

Guess it's worth figuring out how exactly they're getting these abilities in us, to begin with. It's one thing to return a memory we already had, but programming new powers in us... yeah, that's a helluva question.
