[he doesn't reply immediately, focusing mostly on breathing calmly, before he curls the fingers of his left hand into a loose fist]

[wow thanks. he looks up at length, face set in a cold anger]

[he doesn't even protest, just stands up with him]

[And off they go, toward the park and hopefully away from too many prying eyes.

Out of the corner of his eye, Intensity is trying to get a good read on just how angry Duality is right now]

[does radiating fury count? he's not glaring at anyone, but it's a mix of several emotions, but anger is definitely the most prominent. in contrast, his voice is low and calm, but with an edge]

Somewhere you can let out some steam.

[And once they get to a nice secluded part of the park, Intensity will take a few paces ahead of Duality and turn and face him.]

[narrows his eyes a little at him, and then raises an eyebrow]

...for what?

I'm sure other people will come and take care of your comfort. I'm here to take care of your anger.

... you're not who I'm angry at.

Does that matter?

You've done nothing even remotely similar for me to want to fight you.

You're angry with no outlet. And you've just remembered that you were good at fighting.

Those seem like two pretty good reasons.

Do you want me to fight you? You realize my powers don't exist here.

Are you saying you can't fight without them?

No, but I'm not going to fight you for no reason.

You wanted answers, and now you have them. A lot of them.

So which of them is going to win out. Duality. Or the person on the screen.

Or can you successfully merge the two without losing either?
