Where: Everywhere
When: Day 530
[ If you were finally getting used to the city's strangeness, brace yourselves—the glitching of buildings and environment this afternoon has turned up to eleven, whole swathes of city just . . . disappearing, like it's still rendering. 3-D geometric shapes, as though the textures were left off—before returning to "normal", except without any color. This continues to course through the entire city—and if you're caught in it, you'll find color escaping you as well, and your consciousness fades . . .
Luckier or more alert idols can witness these idols disappearing, flickering out of existence. There's no time to worry or panic about them though, because the de-rendering is coming for them, too.
The last safe haven is the Dead Zone, which seems to be completely untouched by the glitching and the color removal for the most part—however, the ground where the chain is anchored has broken apart, and underneath the chunks of rock and gravel and grass and dirt is . . . only a void. At least the broken pieces are stable and weight-bearing, floating in place for those who brave standing on them. Should something be dropped into the void, however, it will go completely missing, including idols and living creatures—and although idols can't confirm this without trying it out themselves, they have a sinking feeling that anything that falls through the void here will not revive or return. ]

(frozen comment) ♥ / WAKE UP
. . . though, for some of you, this isn't . . . wasn't your dorm. And some of you might have something else attached to you, too.
Regardless of where you are—whether you're in the Dead Zone or whether you're back in your unit dorm, your phone rings. It's a voice message from a young woman. Some might recognize her voice, but it has none of its fake upbeatness or scathing excitement, just a stressed sort of sarcasm. ]
Ooooookay, before anyone complains, shut the fuck up. Ugh, is this even part of my contract? Am I getting paid for this? Listen here: there's some newwwww . . . management? Change in management. Yeah, let's call it that. There's just stuff being reorganized, so things are going to be a liiiiiiiittle fucked up from now on . . .
In the meantime! You're still idols, and you'll still start losing yourself if you don't keep your fanbase happy. We've still got some airtime! Some! So if you want to survive, keep being good little idols and perform your asses off, okay? ♥ There'll still be games too, of course! It's for your benefit, okay?
Anddddddd! Ughhh. Something something—look, I don't have time to make it all fancy idol corporate-speak. Someone fucked some shit up and it's all fixed now but maaaaybe you guys might not be in the right place or something. Don't complain! Damn sicksockers think it's funny to play pranks and record themselves to ~~~get clout~~~ . . . ugh, fucking kids.
Anywayyyyyyy this is just going to be how it is for a while, okay! Don't make my fucking job harder than it is or I'll just quit and let you all fall into the endless void, okay! Byebye!
[ . . . she hung up.
Those in the Dead Zone will see the city reappearing, looking normal again . . . for the most part.
Your shadows are faint, but have somewhat returned . . . ]

pep!pep! & future is now
. . . And there's something else, too. Unit members will find they have two armbands pinned to their clothes, one colored pep!pep! blue and the other future is now grey.
Should the idols leave, they'll find that they have neighbors . . . namely, each other.
However, they can also open a new door that's appeared in their respective dorms, which leads to a sort of bridge between dorms—it's a combination of blue and grey in color scheme, with chairdesks as seats and a . . . digital? chalkboard, like the wall itself can be doodled on with a finger or a stylus. . . it's almost like a classroom, but somehow the walls are curved, like the room itself is round.
There's also a staircase wrapping up against the side of the room; investigating it will reveal comfortable bean bags of both unit colors as well as unit theme-adhering cushion chairs. A round glass dome covers the top, and both idols can see . . . well, they can see a school on one side, and what looks like a spaceship on the other, parked on the school's lawn? The glass cannot be penetrated, and there seems to be a regular day/night cycle here, as well as seasonal changes, which can both be adjusted with a couple remotes sitting on the cushion chairs. ]

TAISHO ROMAN REVOLUTION & Heart Soldier Senshi
How strange. Doctor and Zhongli both find their clothes (and their bedrooms and respective upgrades) changed in style to Taisho, and their abilities have been refunded to them as points. Well . . . it seems like the two units might have combi—
Hang on.
Where is Bomb.
. . . Should members new and old of Taisho leave their dorm, they'll find that they're now neighbors to . . . Heart Soldier Senshi!? . . . Is that where Bomb is!? ]

WILD CITY & BARiTONES
. . . And there's something else, too. Unit members will find they have two armbands pinned to their clothes, one colored WILD CITY cream and the other BARiTONES maroon.
Should the idols leave, they'll find that they have neighbors . . . namely, each other.
However, they can also open a new door that's appeared in their respective dorms, which leads to a sort of bridge between dorms—it's a combination of cream and maroon in color scheme, with barstools as seats in what . . . sort of looks like a rainforest café, except there's nothing behind the counter. Somehow the walls are curved, like the room itself is round.
There's also a staircase wrapping up against the side of the room; investigating it will reveal comfortable bean bags of both unit colors as well as unit theme-adhering cushion chairs. A round glass dome covers the top, and both idols can see . . . well, they can see a city that was reclaimed by the nearby jungle's flora on one side, and what looks like a skyscraper on the other, with an advertisement to a bar being the only identifying feature. The glass cannot be penetrated, and there seems to be a regular day/night cycle here, as well as seasonal changes, which can both be adjusted with a couple remotes sitting on the cushion chairs. ]

TOKYO-F RETURNS
. . . It seems like the flora and fauna are still, well. Strange. But there's no strange glitching anymore, so there's that, at least. Things seem to have stabilized.
However—the Dead Zone itself is still broken apart at the ground. It seems that isn't going away, either. . .
For those in the Dead Zone who are now in a merged unit, they'll find their armbands waiting for them when they get back to the dorm. ]
