What could possibly be more important than understanding your unit's place in a competitive program?

For one, I was attacked as soon as I stepped out of my room, and then I had to learn about all of the terrible things I had done in my life and even in this place previously, and furthermore find out what I am to do in order to be able to continue living with myself, and then the games have hardly had anything to do with how people think of the unit as a whole anyway!
