Re: 2/2
I cannot tell if this means you are especially well equipped with dealing with Imeeji at large, or if you have simply fallen prey to their ultimate desire for you.

Re: 2/2
[Closes it.]
[But....he said it. And Tuffnut looked touched at the time.]
Yeah. Yeah, they are. Some of my best friends back home. [There's a softness as he says it because. Its a surprise to think of.]
They also happen to really, really, really like explosions and causing destruction. Which can be a boon some days, and headaches a lot of others.
Re: 2/2
[ Yeah. That's utter cocky confidence there. ]
Re: 2/2
But....I wouldn't trade them away. They've followed me on frankly insane ventures and we're really good at what we do.
So I think you can see why I put up with them, with how you talk about your unit.
Re: 2/2
[ Is that. Is that one of their names. ]
Re: 2/2
You only get fancy if the parents are very confident in your ability to beat up a troll as a toddler.
There's Fishlegs, Tuffnut, Ruffnut, Snotlout for my...crew? Crew. And Astrid. And Heather and Dagur at a certain point. Mine is Hiccup. My dad is Stoick and my main teacher was Gobber.
So, yeah.
Re: 2/2
[ Proudly lifting a hand up to their chest. ]
I, too, am from a warrior family you know? The Suou are descended from great swordsmen and warriors of their time and that legacy remains strong in our blood. Perhaps that is something we have in common.
Re: 2/2
We're vikings. Warriors is kind of a current thing. I'm not terribly good at it, but I manage these days.
Unless you're a swordsman now...?
Re: 2/2
Back home, I have been trained in mounted archery. Not swordsmanship. Though as a Knight upon my unit we learned how to decoratively hold one. There is really no need for swords in the modern era of Japan.
However, I have been training and learning how to use one since my arrival here in Tokyo-F. So that if I find myself in trouble and need to defend myself or a friend, I will not be caught defenseless.
Re: 2/2
You have a teacher, right?
Re: 2/2
[ Though in regards to his question... ]
I have been training with Hades-san, W-san, as well as Amaranth-san. Though she prefers teaching me the staff.
Re: 2/2
...I'd usually offer to make you a trick sword, but I'm not sure that can compare with Avante skill. Could do a staff though.
Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
[He pulls the hilt of his sword from his thigh and extends and sets fire to the blade.] Really good at making weapons.
Re: 2/2
You have an incredible talent, Rye-san!
[ He's very impressed. ]
Re: 2/2
[Retract and putting it away though.] Collapsible for a staff is easy, but I could probably figure out a few other tricks.
Re: 2/2
Perhaps electricity? Though that seems the sort of thing someone on future is now would handle.
Re: 2/2
Though...
This isn't fulfilling any of your gray needs, is it?
Re: 2/2
[ But he was trying to ignore that issue a little longer. ]

Re: 2/2
Re: 2/2
This stuff can kill you. For good.
Re: 2/2
. . . Alright. I cannot save all of my senpai if I just disappear. But... are you sure you do not mind helping? They want... for me to behave most shamefully. To kiss, you now, and... things.
