They finally got done with me.

[She decides she’s going in for the hug real quick.]

…good. It’s really good to have you back.

[He goes a little stiff, a little awkward - but he doesn't pull back, and after a long beat, he gets an arm up to return it]

...yeah. Well.

Glad to be back.

I don't know if you were able to keep up with anything while you were away, but-- you missed quite a bit of excitement.

They kept me pretty busy. I wasn't really able to keep up with the show.

...what'd I miss?

Well... for starters-- there were a few guest units here until just recently. The four of them were competing directly with each other, so it was really... busy. And that's part of the reason that the hotel lobby is trashed right now. One of the units was given the option to murder their way out of hell and... most of them took it. [...] Pep has probably had a rough time with... all that. I'm pretty worried about them.

And in the midst of things, Silk and Hellfire were both transferred out too.

[Well Lumen's back and everything is starting to settle down so it seems like a good day to stay in and have some fun. And Serenity decides to splurge a little on some new additions to their game room!

Specifically a new machine that plays a game some people might recognize from Serenity's Heart-- Pom! Pom! Party! as well as an additional card table and cards for some classics from home known as Blade and Vantage Masters.

There are also drinks and snacks ready to go, as all hangouts should have.]

[ although she doesn't precisely sound that happy about it. she keeps drifting from the balcony to the common area to the café like she's not sure where to settle. ]

Eheh, well-- Ordine and I were talking about it the other day and we thought it would be nice to have a few more games we could all play together.

...but more importantly, how are you doing?

...all right, I suppose. It's a little bittersweet.

...truly? I'll admit, I was a little worried about you.

Well... You're probably the most cool and collected out of all of us, but even so-- I know it must have been hard, being separated from two people who mean so many things to you.

I heard we lost a couple.

...we did. Kiri and Silk are gone.

I don't know if anyone's told you about the rest of what went on, while you were gone.
