LIVE: It's Not Therapy, It's Research
Who: Ganyu and everyone
Where: Hotel Lobby
When: Day 360
[A girl in a white nurses uniform and dark-colored goat horns has taken over the lobby, standing there with a clipboard and a collection of good patient stickers. She looks a bit nervous before clearing her throat and pushing the button to begin.]
Hello everyone. I apologize if this is sudden however I am doing my best to catch up on the situation here as quickly as possible. That is why--
I am conducting research on the topic of everyone's thoughts regarding the city as well as the different situations we are in, from both guests and those who were scouted and placed more permanently. There are various kinds of information and experiences that would be beneficial to my notes, including but not limited to complaints you have-- either with the system or specific personnel, opinions on the programming including the types of games run, value of the rewards offered for different actions, thoughts on locations and resources and so on.
Of course, the things you are happy with or enjoy are equally important to this research. I'd like to get a general feel for where we are all at mentally as a group, as well as create a forum for everyone to express the changes they would like to see.
While there are naturally limits to what can be accomplished, we make up the populace of this city. As such, it is up to us to think about the path we can take both as individuals and as a community towards making Tokyo-F a better place for the people in it.

...very well. I will listen to what you have to say. [...] Although I suppose I should ask-- is this something that requires Doctor-Patient Confidentiality?
[Because she has that.]

And you guest stars are here for points, yeah, so I’ll compensate you for doing this with the points from my participation here and I’ll throw a counterLive when we’re finished; Deal?

...understood. This conversation will remain between the two of us.
Thank you. On behalf of my unit as well, I will gratefully accept your offer.

Ah-- yes, that is correct. As a member of the temporary guest unit 10IV, the activities that I have to offer everyone include research, creation and diagnosis.
