Unfortunately. He's part of the League of Villains. Me and my classmates have encountered him a number of times. He's unhinged and dangerous.

I don't think he'll be making any sneaky plans or anything, but he might try to mess with you if you've met before.

I've met him several times. He's... let's say my memories are far from positive. He was part of the kidnapping of one of my classmates.
