So, I watched for a while and it looks like the effects for these are pretty mild and what you'd expect. It's time to prove how brave you are.

I didn't see anyone get stabby focused. It's not in the tower, it's a party down in the lobby, so it looks like they might be skipping on that.

During speed dating, Sabre and I played it like a game where we had to answer the question on the card and get a point or decide not to answer and get no points. It was kind of embarrassing to do, but it was fun.

We'll do kind of the same thing. You get a question and you can either tell the truth or chicken out and eat chocolate and possibly get an effect. From the looks of it, it's a lot of hand-holding and kisses but nothing bad. They even have white chocolate, which isn't actually chocolate so you and Sabre can eat it.
