[Hyacinth is in the hotel lobby, not even attempting to be covert about his memory-taking. In fact, he's kind of loud enough to be a spectacle.

The first one he takes mostly involves him complaining about his lack of alcohol and suggesting violence.]

Ehhh? Ain't that basically already my first day here? Do-over!

[He punches the purchase button again and gets a second memory which is more involved, with references to transgressors, the "Great Transgressor" (his profile name), weird powers, and Hyacinth wanting to send the world up in flames.]

Hm... now that's a little more interestin'.

[Well, he's bought memories in private and public already, so it isn't really anything new to purchase one while he's hanging out around the lobby and puttering around on his phone. The memory he purchases, however, isn't that ideal.

Ravus, Glacies's brother, apparently really doesn't like him.]

Crap. Luna's going to hate I got this one in public...

[He doesn't know how to feel about Ravus. Anger? Bitterness? He doesn't hate him, but he definitely thinks it's a betrayal that he serve the Imperial army - no, command it - when they want to hunt her.]

I guess I shouldn't be surprised, all things considered. Apparently Eos was a small world.

It feels really weird that he and I have such a tense relationship. I wasn't expecting that and I didn't know he was with the Imperials.

I wasn't expecting him to be a part of the Imperial army. Luna told me she had a brother but I just assumed that he was a hostage of the Empire like she was.

[ She only knows bits and pieces from the memories he's taken in public but-- she knows how important Lunafreya is to him. So anything involving her is probably that much more difficult. ]

[Only mildly traumatized by having to see Ardyn in his memories after being in his heart but it's fiiiine.]

I guess I just assumed that his situation was like hers. She was a captive of the Empire. I hate that he was running their army for them.

[ Sometime after all the shenanigans with the snowball fight, while warming up in the lobby, Tsukasa is a little tossed while debating a memory. He's been working to try and get points for abilities. But... a memory or two would be beneficial to him as well. Perhaps if he just takes one, and then returns back to working on abilities after? It is not lacking in diligence to learn a little about himself, after all.

And so he takes one memory. It seems in it, he is visiting a shrine for hatsumoude for the first time during New Years' and it's obvious he's not accustomed to it. What's more, he's become separated from his parents, and lonely as a result. Somehow, it all works out okay in the end though? ]

Perhaps it was naive to think I would automatically receive a memory with one of my senpai here inside it, but... even if the memory is a little embarrassing, I am content because this one had my parents ♪

[Sky takes their memories in the hotel lobby.

The first is a discussion with their motorrad/motorcycle friend on their reasons for traveling. The motorrad mentions that Sky could have easily settled down with a job thanks to their skill with persuaders, especially when traveling means seeing so many sorrows and cruelties, but Sky explains that they find other people and their lives to be beautiful and fantastic, so even if they have to hurt or kill people to continue, they're going to keep traveling. Sky also mentions, however, that maybe they're a foolish, messed up person for doing so. Or, maybe they don't really know why they're traveling, and they're just lost trying to understand it.

The second is a chat with a man from a country where machines are so advanced work is not necessary, but people have decided that the new currency should be based on how much stress one endures. He likes the system and recommends Sky immigrate and begin working, and also mentions that since they're a guest for only a few days they won't have to pay for any supplies. Sky decides to take it easy and also take advantage of this to stock up on valuable items that can be sold in the next country.

And in the third, they hunt a rabbit in a snowy mountain for some men who were stranded trying to cross it, having to insist on cooking the rabbit first because the men were so hungry, they wanted to eat it raw.]

Still nothing about the end of the world again...
