[ A good minute passes in silence before there's a--small commotion on the other side of the door? It finally opens, just enough that Hiryuu can slip out, dressed so. She tucks a stray lock of red hair behind her ear and double checks that her hair is still fastened by the large bow in the back. ]

[ hey cool new outfits all around. skipped the hat today ]

Not at all. I hope I wasn't the cause of any disturbance.

[ offers out a hand, palm up ]

[ She reaches out and puts her hand in his, shutting the door behind her as they go and then stuffing her phone into her obi. ]

So we're looking at the gardens today?

Yes, that's right. That outfit suits you very well.

Thank you. I really miss getting to wear dresses like this. It's fairly close to what I would wear back home.

[ briefly pausing at the elevator like LAST TIME WAS A TRAP but then following him on board. ]

You look very nice as well--but then, you always do.

This outfit is a bit closer to what I was once accustomed to, in certain areas, but by and large, Taisho's options have been fairly foreign to me. As is your usual fare, though that isn't to say it holds no appeal. Is it restrictive to move in?

This? Not especially. I suppose if I had to go through a great deal of underbrush or climb a mountainsie it might be more difficult, but the skirt itself is quite loose, and the boots are of a sensible enough height.

The other outfits, I meant.

Oh! Uhm. They're not restrictive, they're just... not pretty.

[ they're also not modest but she's well over the modesty issue ]

So you've spent all this time jealous of ours, have you? Did Marin buy those for you?

Since we're almost the same in size, I asked her if she would make the purchase for me. She was kind enough to agree to do it after I sent the points.

[ But that was back when she thought maybe she still deserved to have nice things, too. Now that she's remembered people starving while she wasted food... well. She can still be quietly wistful, but it's time to stop asking for things. ]

I'm not terribly inclined to broadcast the date as a whole, but would you be amenable to the walk from the hotel to the gardens?

I don't mind. If you suddenly tell me this was all an excuse to get some points, though, I'm going to hit you.

[ It's said--lightly, obviously a joke but. Knowing her she might actually follow through on that. ]

How are you feeling? Surely not hungover.

No, I didn't have to drink at all in the end. It was a bit of a waste of an opportunity, in retrospect, but I'm glad to not be sick. I think both Loki and Raijuu are going to need to stay in bed all day.

Loki was really a mess by the end, wasn't he.
