STARTING POST: SENSITIV

WHERE: Dormitory, 2nd floor
WHEN: Day 1, Morning

[ You all wake up in bed with your smartphone at your bedside. The closet door is locked, so if you want to change out of your sleepwear, no dice. If you try to remember why you locked your closet door, also no dice, since you remember absolutely nothing from before waking up.

At least you've got all these other amnesiacs waking up in the same dormitory you can ask questions that they also don't have the answer to! The only thing that even pretends to have answers is your smartphone, which helpfully has your profile, a rundown on your unit, a map and city information, and your job description: while your every waking moment is being filmed and broadcast to a live audience, you'll get to conduct lives, perform in videos, and participate in game shows where you'll compete against other units! Congratulations on becoming an idol!

The television in the main room is waiting for your input; the current display is a list of the "names" of everyone in your unit with flashing empty boxes next to each of them, much like the ones on your profiles, waiting for you to each assign yourself a personal color— your position within the unit.

Once you've all chosen, the closet doors will unlock. It seems the elevator doors are staying locked while waiting on other units to finish sorting out their positions. Maybe go put on some real clothes in the meantime. ]

((Your character's sleepwear is whatever you want it to be, be it embarrassing onesie or long nightgown or just boxer shorts, though only white and unit colored. This post is for you to meet and greet your unit; another post will be going up tomorrow for characters to explore the setting outside of their dorms and meet other units.))

Maaan, I'm really pretty sure I don't have time to be kidnapped by aliens. Come oooooooon.

[ here's a boy in this but black. the hood's down so you can't really see how cute it is but trust me it's pretty cute. anyways he's been trying the doors for a while and he doesn't really. notice her at first. not until she speaks up anyways. ] -- aliens? It's always aliens. It's either aliens or we all been raptured and heaven is just staight up the most boring place on this planet fuckin' Earth.

[ While SOME PEOPLE are just lying down on the ground this guy is buzzing around the dorm trying every door-shaped thing he can. He doesn't seem upset or scared so much as frustrated... focused. Maybe mad? The more time passes the more frustrated he gets. Though it might be hard to take his anger seriously when he appears to be wearing a cute vaguely goat-shaped onesie but in black. In any case, at some point he's getting frustrated enough to just STOMP his foot into one of the doors. Unsurprisingly nothing happens. ]

here's someone sitting on one of the mouth floor chairs with a yukata on though it's pink and white colored, idly clicking through the options for colors on the television screen. when the noise happens though, he startles, turning to look ]

[ hey good morning he definitely did not take into account the fact that he is currently barefoot before he kicked at a wooden door with all his strength, (that is to say i totally forgot about it until just now) ] Good-!? [ he hisses, partly in frustration. partly in pain. and partly just because he did not see this guy sitting there until just now. ] Don't just sit there and say "good morning", aren't you going to do anything!?

[ he hurt his foot like an idiot so he's just Irritated right now ] How do you know? Did you even try?

[Eventually this nerd wanders out to the common area, dressed in one of those super standard pajama sets with a button-down front in pink and white stripes.]

Oh, is everyone else already awake...?
