[ for those who have lived in sensitIV for a while, they'll wake up (if they slept) to the familiar smell of herb and butter bread: lucifel's probably the only one who uses the tandir oven but he uses it pretty extensively! there's also the smell of toasted cinnamon, which is actually fairly unique to today, but maybe it has to do with how cold it is, and if anyone ventures in the kitchen when lucifel's not there, there's guymag in a large pot available for anyone to have a bowl to warm themselves up with.

of course, for the newbies, those are all probably new to one degree or another. hey, where the fuck are you?

+ there's also a cottage probably somewhere around sensitIV, in some corner. every sensitIV will have gotten a text on the night of 170/morning of 171 to inform them that lavender is spending a few days with them, and that the cottage is hers, so it's not alarming to anyone except those who didn't get the text. which would be like, three of you, so, ]

White scales, blue scales. Same thing. Unless you have more than that, you're probably on the same level.

Well, once the initial shock has passed, it's not really all that strange. All things considered.

Much like I don't find scales an oddity, my ears and tail also seem pretty normal to me... 'Tis the crystal that's a shock.

Scales are only skin deep.

This is wholly crystal.

I see.... Do you recall if you were always part crystal, or is that new to your arrival here?

[Oh. That was not his intent, but he doesn't pull away. Texturally, it seems to be rough-hewn but not sharp-edged anywhere, just... faceted. It's warmer than it otherwise would be because of blanket time, but still far cooler than Noah's actual body temperature.]

It doesn't... feel particularly new.

[ he didn't pull away, so agni takes that as a sign to continue to run his fingers over the surface of the strange, crystal arm. ]

Then if this is normal to you, it's likely not anything to worry about. Or hide.

[This Is Going On Longer Than Anticipated But Okay. he runs into the veins of gold cutting through the crystal, which are a bit warmer. Noah will pull away if he tries to touch one of the shiny new pitch-black veins, though.]
