It means understanding that good or bad you're out doing something that only a tiny fraction of people will ever get to do, and that you've prepared for years to handle whatever. It's like, things don't have to be perfect for you to find things to enjoy! Like us, for example--we're all in hell bein' watched over by demons! There'd be people who'd say it should be impossible for us to be happy, ever, and we shouldn't even try. But even so... we throw parties and we make friends and we have relationships! Humans aren't so fragile!

The event horizon is the point where you're so close to a black hole that you'd need to exceed the speed of light to get away. Since that's impossible, it's basically end of the road. So I guess I'm sayin', don't go so far you can't come back!
