With all this nonsense about grocery stores and your deep and abiding desires for bugs, I have long since realized that it hopeless to think that you lot might be convinced to vote for something cultured. As such, I instead come to you with this proposition: let us create an art gallery of our own.

The hospital is largely of no use to us, and the many small rooms can be used as display room each. So I call to you, idols of Tokyo-F! Give me your name on this directory, to choose a room and you may display what you like. I invite you, with art show yourself to the world!

[ He holds up to the screen a paper that written in his bombastic cursive: Art Gallery Directory. His name is already on it, and it looks like he's already claimed a room on the forth floor. ]

CEO: When is it going to fully heal?

higanbana: It's healed. The scar is the problem
higanbana: I'll be buying it off once I have the funds to do so.

It's my pleasure, Lucifel. You've built a loyal customer base.

[He might seem minutely relieved that Lucifel is also minus that scar. Not that he's worried that someone on SensitIV will take advantage of it.

It's just better this way. For multiple reasons]

[ when he next clears his throat, it's audible; his neck is as always covered, his own sense of fashion prudish, but it's evident the scar is gone from how his voice is clear again and from how effortless it seems for him to talk ]

Saying it like that - even though we have something of a monopoly on the service. Isn't that unfair to everyone else?

A business model is a business model. They have their own goods and services to trade.

My, it isn't a complaint of business model. Still, "loyal" goes a bit far, I think.

Speaking of commodities, is the hospital an interest of yours?

I have an office here. A few in-flight projects.

If I recall, you also used to frequent this place. Is that still a regular thing?

I'm sure you've secured your own quarters, but will you be acquiring a studio as well?

I don't deal in traditional arts. And if I did create something, it would be much more---

Are the two concepts mutually exclusive? My apologies, I don't think I've ever been to an art gallery.

Realistically speaking, I won't ever be visiting one anyway? This will likely be the only place where I have the chance to visit one.
