[ sunshine has set up a table with what appears to be a sign-up sheet and a plate of scrumptious scones in assorted flavors. he taps a pencil against the sheet in a sort of quick, almost musical rhythm ]

so i've been thinking. there's a good chunk of us with decent skills in some kind of food prep. baking. cooking. mixology. and since we're kicking off summer in good ole idolville, why not have a kick-ass cooking contest bake-off thing? only the contest part's going to be more along the lines of how much everyone can eat. don't worry about experience level. if you're proud of your food skills, we want you!

each entrant foots the bill for their ingredients. sponsors welcome. and we all try our hand at making some mind-blowing food for the place. of course the actual event will be totally live friendly if you guys want to start coming up with ideas in advance.

quick disclaimer for those who prefer a sunshine-free diet but still want to feed the masses, i promise to give you your space. this is just an excuse for everyone to share their delicious talents with the world!
