[Takes a running leap into the lake right next to him so that Hurricane gets splashed]

[Is absolutely ready to counter=splash as soon as he surfaces.]

[he surfaces, gets counter-splashed, and takes off swimming at top speed toward the nearest float]

[Takes off after him!!]

[...he's a little lop-sided, because he's so used to compensating and doesn't actually have to, now.]

[He makes it out to the balloon dog and clings, catching his breath and looking around to see where Hurricane is]

[He's in the process of hauling himself up onto the unicorn.]
