[there is apparently a newbie in team neutral pajamas sitting on one of the crates, just idly playing with what seems to be their shiny new smartphone and seems to look rather comfortable with themselves and is just squinting at all of this without any regard to the fact that the dorm door is locked.

she is absolutely minding her own business, and whether she is sorry for it or not has yet to be seen.

Well, since there's no therapist in Hell... I think I kept seeing things like meditation, pets, physical activity, not doing the social isolation thing which can be the hard one, I think...
