You should have said something because it hurt you! Your feelings are important to me, Sol! I know I have trouble understanding emotions sometimes, but that does not mean I don't want to get better at understanding them! Especially the emotions of my friends.

I would rather feel guilty over hurting someone I care about than for you to resent my actions without me ever knowing. At least then I can try to do better by you.
