Oh-- no, like, uhh. Eater made his arms better with it, I think, in the last game, so I guess he was real strong? But then he couldn't use them at all for a few hours.

Not everyone. And it seems like people who did have powers had different kinds. I haven't remembered a lot about it. I fought a guy who shot lightning, though.

It's just pretty interesting. Like, since I'm PRETTY OBVIOUSLY not human at all, and then find out, oh they're all shipping outta the continent huh, and then you got other people doing stuff like shooting pewpew lightning outta their palms or sacrifice-torturing dudes for weird cult stuff.

Everyone's got some crazy skronked up jazz going on and I gotta wonder why we're all from different places.
