Not true. I doubt it would be a repeat of last time, unless you try the same tactics on me, in which case you'd simply prove you've learned nothing and done no training between then and now. A new ability isn't really going to turn the tides of battle if you have no idea how to use it, so it may no do much of anything besides... and some are not really even made for the kinds of things we're doing.
