...I suppose the idealistic answer would be "yes", but... uhm, beneficence and non-maleficence aren't actually that simple in the real world. There's stuff like autonomy, and your own principles as a person besides being a doctor to consider. And I don't think I can tell anyone if it's right or wrong to help or don't help someone, in that case. All that's left is whether you can take responsibility for the consequences of your choices.
