Well, the thing is that he hates her, so I'm not sure if it's something he'd be interested in hearing, let alone connect the dots to how it's related to his own situation. And it's not just about the almost-dying, I think he might actually like the creepy voices of some things that are dead [ 'Dead' being said in a tone of uncertainty but in the sense that either way, then implications aren't good. ] and powerful and would really like existence to cease to be.
