I do know Cardigan wants to establish an oath of trying for avoiding things like that in games, and for there to be consequences if someone resorts to killing when there's other options or uses the games as vengeance or something like that.
It's risky, though. It might backfire against Avante. Gold might not be wrong that units see us as either revenge-seekers or conveniently passive but strong enough to take hits.
