I think individuality is important for a healthy society, or how will it grow? Rather than that, I believe it's fear that should be feared. Including the fear of exclusion. So individuality would need to be a carefully balanced thing.
As for the rest, objective morality could be had with the consensus of rationally discussed subjective views.
Of course people would need to be quite a bit gentler and kinder and more patient, but this is our theorectically enlightened society, so why not?
