I don't know what he meant, but I'm assuming at least part of it is being defensive on my behalf since I've been a little stressed lately. Which is no one's fault but mine.

And of course I believe you. You're always honest about that and honestly the harshest on yourself about that stuff. If you say you weren't going to, you weren't going to. Besides, you only do stuff like that if you lose control.
