Thank you.

Honestly? I don't think what we did was wrong, either. During games, everyone tries to play in ways they can live with, whether it's hitting someone to save their own lives, or helping someone else at their own peril. We asked ourselves what we thought we could live with and it was this, so we went for it. I don't think what we did was any more or less selfish than playing to survive, because in the end, everything comes down to picking a goal and figuring out how much you're willing to sacrifice to get there. Our goal wasn't survival, this time, but I don't think it was any less valid.

And speaking for myself, I'd rather die because I chose to and consented to that, rather than die because someone else killed me while I was fighting tooth and nail to live.

Our gameplay at the time made it fairly clear that we were throwing on purpose -- as much as possible, anyway. I think many of the units could see what we were doing, but that didn't stop them from being angry about it. For example, Heart Soldier knew exactly what we were doing, and why. But even still, they risked themselves to save us at the last moment, died, and then were angry at us about it. Even though trying to keep them from dying was why we did all of that in the first place.
