The way it theoretically works now is that whoever performs the revival may ask the person responsible for the death to pay a fee before we agree to revive them in the future. It's up to each individual pep to choose whether or not to do this, though, and I think it would have to be a pretty extreme situation for any of us to actually take advantage of our own policy. So far nobody in our unit has ever asked for a single point to revive anyone.
