Listen: I, personally, am totally on board with that -- telling units that they are welcome to hit us if they need to. But this is because I'm tolerant of the idea of dying sometimes. I don't particularly want to do it, but I don't want to fight hard to avoid it, either. My preference is to just relax and let whatever happens, happen.

But not everyone in our unit -- now, or possibly in the future -- is (or will be) okay with the idea of dying. So for their sake, isn't it better not to make this more dangerous for them?

I'm not sure how I feel about telling other units we don't mind being hit if some of us, in fact, do mind.
