There is nothing that could have been done, I think, in the last event. No matter how frustrating. But in the event with the collars, something could be done in the future about the situation if we were to have a similar event with those stipulations again.

I have been talking with a few people and... I hope to speak with perhaps the leaders of each unit. Or at least a representative or two from the various units about what could be done to protect everyone in an event like that one should it or something like it occur again. If people would be willing to meet with me. I realize that I'm new, but. . .
