Hey, could you be a little more specific? "Trouble" could mean just about anything. Financial trouble? Boy trouble~?

If you mean a nice, straightforward fight, I probably don't even need powers to get by. But if I need to get the drop on the enemy somehow, I'd use Lightning Flash to blind them, and if I need some sort of advantage over them, I'd use Harder They Fall to give me the boost I need. I guess? This question is still way too broad!

It depends on the sort of trouble, doesn't it?

Thinking on it, I've used most all of my abilities in order to assist myself or others - what is most important, I think, is having the ability to exist without any sustenance. In any given situation, eliminating that weakness is perhaps the most important. Moreover, it is in and of itself a mechanism of healing for myself and myself alone, so it is well suited.

Beyond that, healing is obvious - mending bones and sealing wounds are both useful in the sense of physical use as well as in the sense of creating an advantage for myself with my other abilities - for example, undoing that healing if it is to someone who becomes an opponent. If that doesn't work, then numbing them is suitable as well.

Though if the trouble is something beyond a fight or physical struggle, I'm afraid there's little that can be done with our powers.
